WESE aims to improve the current knowledge on the potential environmental effects of wave energy to better inform decision-makers and managers on environmental risks and reduce environmental consenting uncertainty. WESE is funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) and will run until October 2021.
